Mike Aviles ’82, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GROW2DAY, is a versatile CEO with a track record of success across several industries. GROW2DAY is a consulting and advisory firm that provides interim C-Level leadership, as well as strategy, operations, and organizational consulting to small and medium sized businesses. He has run public and private companies, growth and turnaround situations, and B2B and B2C businesses. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in New York City. Before GROW2DAY, Aviles served as CEO of Vignette, CEO of Activant Solutions, CEO of Foster Grant, and GM of FOOTACTION USA. Aviles was raised in Brooklyn, NY, and now lives in Austin, TX. He has a bachelor's degree in public accounting from Pace and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Aviles is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and was honored by the Stanford Business School with the 2011 Jerry I. Porras Latino Leadership Award. Michael A. Fazio ’83, has served as chairman of MARCorp Financial LLC, since its inception in 2012. He is a highly accomplished and result-driven investment executive with over 30 years of experience in advisory services in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, corporate strategy, operational oversight, and restructurings. He has a genuine passion for investment management and an extensive background in developing organizational strategies to optimize business performance and growth. Previously, he held various senior management roles at Houlihan Lokey. Fazio has also served as President and CFO of Comdisco, a multibillion equipment leasing company; EVP and COO of Deutsche Bank of the Americas, and Partner in Charge - New York Banking, Brokerage and Investment Banking Industry Practice for Arthur Andersen, LLP. Fazio received his bachelor's degree in business administration and his MBA in accounting from Pace University. A New York native, he and his family reside in Austin, TX. Jocelyne Greco ’07, is a talent management and organizational development director at Genesys, responsible for strengthening the company’s organizational capability and cultivating an engaged workforce to drive company performance. She innovates global talent strategies, frameworks, programs, and processes, and is the “go-to” resource for solutions focused on team effectiveness, organizational performance, career development, continuous learning, building talent pipeline, and change management. Previously, she was a manager of talent management at HP where she defined the talent strategy, designed processes, and innovated solutions to improve the performance and capabilities for the business units she supported. Greco is originally from New Jersey and lives in Houston, TX, with her husband and their son. Greco started playing competitive soccer as a child and still plays recreationally. As a student-athlete on the Women’s Soccer Team, Greco was a 3-year starter, team captain, Pace Female Athlete of the Year, Northeast-10 Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, and NSCAA All-Region Team, and holds the record of Most Shutouts. Greco graduated from Pace with a BBA with a concentration in human resource management, and received her master's degree in human resource management from Rutgers University.
