The Land Use Law Center will present this year's Founder’s Award to Richard L. O'Rourke, Principal Member, Keane & Beane P.C., who has distinguished himself as a land use attorney who is sensitive to and able to unite disparate parties in support of growth and conservation. This award is bestowed in the name of Theodore W. Kheel, the great American attorney and labor mediator, renowned for his ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts, who was a major supporter of the Land Use Law Center. This year, we also celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Land Use Law Center. In honor of this occasion, the Center will bestow its first Distinguished Young Attorney Award to Noelle C. Wolfson, Associate Attorney, Hocherman, Tortorella, & Wekstein, LLP, a 2006 graduate of Pace Law and former Land Use Law Center Honors Fellow, who has demonstrated excellent service and commitment to land use law. Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to celebrate Rick and Noelle’s successes and toast to 25 years of the Land Use Law Center. ** To congratulate the award recipients in our dinner program, please email jbacher@law.pace.edu for details.
