ninth Annual Convocation

On September 6th, 2016, on both the New York City and Westchester campuses, Convocation will be held for first-year students. This year’s theme - which will be woven into the first-year curriculum and discussed by keynote speakers Dean Neil Braun in New York City and Dr. Hillary Knepper in Pleasantville - is “Get Grit: Passion, Perseverance, & Motivation.”

Pace at the Summer Olympics

Pleasantville graduate Michelle Birch '12, '13 (pictured), a production assistant at NBC, worked on the 2016 Summer Olympics games. Carolyn Phillips '17, a current student studying political science with a minor in nonprofit studies and history at Pace in New York City, volunteered at the Rio games.

Call for Alumni mentors!

Help prepare a student for a successful career by becoming a mentor and giving back to Pace in a meaningful way. In the spirit of Setters helping Setters, the Pace University Alumni-Student Mentoring Program was created to connect students with alumni so they could receive assistance in bridging the gap between academia and the professional world. Since last year’s launch, the program has received terrific feedback and is ready to grow exponentially.

Second Acts for the Greater Good

Network, explore, transition - work in a nonprofit organization that lets you use your talent and experience to find personal fulfillment by helping others. Evening classes are offered at the Pace Midtown Center beginning September 26.

WPIX Continues Student Veteran Profiles

PIX11 continues to highlight Pace’s student veterans as part of its partnership with the Veterans’ Education Challenge. They recently interviewed U.S. Army Reservist Jonathan Rosario, who says that college has helped him with his post-traumatic stress, and Air Force veteran and reservist Joe Bodd, who is now a firefighter and full-time student.

Dylan Mouzakes Earns Professional Opportunity with Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks


2016 Pace University baseball alumnus Dylan Mouzakes recently signed his first professional baseball contract joining the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks of the American Association of Professional Baseball on their recent road series against the Joplin Blasters.
